Bottom-left, big muddy spray trace is not needed, and hmap is...interesting. Smooth it a bit.

- Fix the hmap, those bumps are just way too extreme and don't seem to fit very well the context (I mean, the muddy road seems less bumpy than the modern looking road?)marass wrote:Almost ready to release I think. Any ideas what to make better?

- The way roads are placed doesn't really make a lot of sense to be honest
- I'm not sure if you still have to finish the road lines, because they look very sloppy and inconsistent

I made this track for tricky driving and fun. I succeeded in first, others will decide if it is amusing or not. Whole point of this track, in first place, was to play with hmap.
Road lines aren't finished, and trees block the view only if you run out of the track (another thing to add to trickiness)

Autodromo Internacional de Chile, release date 18 September, Chile national day.
@reynaldo123: The CoD weapon track are almost good, but put the dithering, and the forests have a only type of tree, i ever make for my forests Fir tree+Leaf tree+Pine tree and the Mordecai and Margaret track is good , the dithering is almost good, and i think that Mordecai is more Ice+White colour than Ice+Snow.

@Np2003: That layout is actually really good, and the surroundings you've done so far as nice as well, but there are a few things that could be improved, and it's actually mostly related to the concrete walls. You've left awkward gaps between the walls and other stuff (forest, tarmac roads) in a few places, instead you should just put the roads/trees right next to the wall, so that in the track editor the circles of bushes/trees overlap the concrete walls.
Also the placement of walls is weak in some places, especially in the parts where the walls are curved, since it doesn't look so smooth. I've attached a picture with some alternative suggestions, as well as pointing out some of those gaps I mentioned. You should also keep in mind that every part of the track doesn't have to be surrounded by walls, the track often looks a lot cleaner when some parts of the track are left "open".
I would also strongly suggest you to add a 1 pixel line of tarmac after the white border line. The white line also looks a bit edgy and weird at some points, you should see if you can make it smoother. And one last suggestion: zoom in a little bit

The track series included is called Palmring and is a teaser for a pack I hope to be releasing at some point. Any suggestions for improvements?

Sorry for double post, i go to make AVUS'95, the track are how 2km, but what WS fit good?, i know that not fit good a 255 WS.
